EasyLog support policy  
How to obtain a password

 

IMPORTANT: Before sending your e-mail, please read this file:

* When you buy EasyLog (FULL or UPD) you should receive Username, Password and Customer Code.
* When we receive your payment we'll activate your free support, this support is valid for 6 months from the activation.
Only then will you be able to enter in the reserved area where you will be able to download EasyLog updates.


Rules about the support:

* You must send your e-mail at address: support@easylog.com.

* You MUST include your customercode in the mail subject as follow:
COD: <customercode> (es: COD: KL35OI9)
All e-mails without this code will be AUTOMATICALLY rejected.

* We accept ONLY ONE QUESTION per e-mail. If you have more questions, we'll answer only to the first, the other we'll be rejected.

* Please DO NOT SEND other e-mails, before we reply to the first one.

* If you change your e-mail address, remember to tell us. If you have only the free support, you'll be able to change your e-mail address only once during your support period If you have the GOLD SUPPORT, you will be able to change your e-mail address as many times as you wish during your support period.
ALWAYS REMEMBER TO TELL US YOUR NEW E-MAIL ADDRESS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

* When your free support expires, you can not use the support service and you can not enter the reserved area.Then you have two choices:

* A) Find the answer to your questions in the F.A.Q. section.

* B) Renew your support asking for the GOLD SUPPORT activation.

How to obtain the Gold Support:

* The cost of Gold Support is Euro 25,00, you can pay it by bank check, Eurogiro.

* The Gold Support is valid one year from the date of your payment.

* Send your e-mail at address:
supportgold@easylog.com.

* You can use this support by e-mail with the same rules as described before for the free support.

* You can enter the reserved area using the same Username, Password and Cusotmercode received when you bought EasyLog.

* If you change your e-mail address, remember to tell us. Because you have the GOLD SUPPORT, you'll be able to change your e-mail address as many times you wish through your support period.
ALWAYS REMEMBER TO TELL US YOUR NEW E-MAIL ADDRESS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

If you have not received the customercode or it seems to be wrong, please contact us by fax or by letter (see the page below how to contact us).

How to get the password

When you buy EasyLog (FULL or UPD), we'll send you your Username, Password and Customercode.

Username and Password are necessary to enter in the reserved area where you can, for example, download some EasyLog updates. You will be registered for this area when we receive your payment. The customercode is needed to use the EasyLog support.

If you have bought EasyLog in the year 2002 and we have not sent you your username, password and customercode, please contact us at mail address:
sales@easylog.com (DON'T send e-mails at support@easylog.com or supportgold@easylog.com, cause without your Customercode your e-mails will'be AUTOMATICALLY rejected!).
