The eQSL credentials and long passwords

eQSL supports very long passwords, but only recognizes the first 14 characters. So, if your password exceeds 14 characters, enter only the first 14 in the eQSL configuration within EasyLog; otherwise, the Login will not work.

The new fields 

eQSLs and eQSLr

Two new fields, eQSLs and eQSLr, have been introduced. You can choose to display them in the Log area and the input window. To include these fields, use the field selection tool on the Log area toolbar.

You may need to resize the input window to accommodate the new fields

eQSL Account Configuration

In the eQSL setup window, you can turn off automatic login, eQSL preview during downloads, and automatic downloads.

Where are the downloaded eQSLs?

EasyLog offers multi-log management, allowing each Log to independently handle diplomas, LoTW, and eQSL. The downloaded eQSLs are stored in the Log folder itself.

Clicking the History button in the eQSL menu lets you open the download folder for eQSLs from the active Log.

The eQSL thumbnails will appear organized by callsign. Double-click any thumbnail to view an eQSL.

The preview will display on the screen, allowing you to effortlessly scroll through all of them using the arrows.

• All users with active support will be able to download the new release for free from the Reserved Area.

• Verify your support status in the Reserved Area menu of EasyLog and renew it if needed to ensure access to the new release 2024.1.0.10 and the upcoming 2025 updates currently in development and to receive timely updates for CHECK, Manager, and Awards, along with priority technical support

• Renew early and get one month free: 13 months (instead of 12) with no loss of time, as the 13 months will start from the original expiration date.

Get 12 more months of free updates for new versions and related services: Manager, DXCC and CHECK (country recognition engine), diploma updates, exclusive Facebook group, and priority technical support.

It was exactly fifty-years (50) ago in 1975, when SV1GA/A broke the silence and Mt. Athos was on the air from the monastic community in Greece. While the dedicated religious community of some 2000 monks in twenty
monasteries, Month Athos is now in a glorious state with many new constructions and renovations underway. To honor the 50th anniversary of the 1975 activation, the original organizers: Aris, SV1GA and Martti, OH2BH were invited to come back to Mt Athos together with Adrian, KO8SCA, Gabi, YO8WW and Niko, OH2GEK. The SV1GA/A team has arrived in Mt. Athos today and is busy setting up their camp, up in the mountains. They should be on the air today but it would take 2 or 3 days to be fully operational.
