I have two QTH with two EasyLog installations, what is the best way to transfer QSO between the PCs?

The most practical and fastest way is to use the EasyLog Cloud Backup service. At the end of the work session, synchronize the Log on the Cloud, and when you arrive at the other QTH, you will synchronize from the Cloud. With just a few clicks, in a simple and secure way, without the need to carry external drives or USB sticks.

Alternatively, use the backup module and save it on an external disk or a USB stick, and once you arrive at the second QTH, perform a restore.

I can't find the IC-7400 in the Omnirig device list (Radio 5 and 6)

You can use the driver of the IC-746 pro which is compatible and has the same transceiver address.

I can't find the TS-890S in the OmniRig device list

You can use the driver of the TS-480 which has the same protocol as the TS-890S

How do I check the status of my support?

It is a pleasure to share an example of the spirit of the EasyLog community and the friendship that unites Fernando, IK6WEZ and Sante, IZ6CST, who have done an exceptional job in helping Giovanni, IZ6NIV with the installation and configuration of EasyLog.  

During the process, a problem arose in getting an IC-7400 to work, as it was not listed among the devices. The group successfully created a custom Icom driver for Radio 1, but for some reason, they were unable to make it work. 

The team, which also includes Davide IK6VEM, is composed of EasyLog users with extensive experience in interfacing devices with EasyLog. They contacted support to delve deeper into the issue. We suggested using Omnirig and the IC-746Pro driver compatible with CAT, but the problem persisted.

After a few hours, Fernando informed us that their perseverance had paid off. The problem was in menus 36-37-38-39 of the device, which they patiently reprogrammed as described in the IC-7400 manual. 

Now it works well both with Radio 1 and with Omnirig (Radio 5 and 6). Congratulations to our four users united by passion and friendship, a beautiful testimony of sharing.
