Breaking news: ARRL has announced a major update to the LoTW system, causing the service to be unavailable from today 06/27 until next July 2nd. In the Latest News section, we discuss how to temporarily disable the login if needed.

The ARRL has announced that the LoTW service will be unavailable from June 27 to July 2 to complete an infrastructure update and improve service performance. The service may come back online before July 2 if operations are completed ahead of schedule.

How to understand if the support is expiring? It's very simple, enter the Reserved Area or open the EasyLog Reserved Area menu where you will find the expiration date and renewal links.

We are finalizing the work on the

new release 2025.1.3.0

Progress on the new release is ongoing. We're finalizing the research and including numerous new flags for countries missing them. More new features have been incorporated into the DX-Alert window, allowing even the NewOne to be displayed via the DX-Alert.

Now, the additional LoTW details are accessible in the DX-Cluster. Instantly see if the DX station is LoTW registered and the frequency of its confirmation updates (similar to FT8-Running). This data is available on both the DX-List and the Panel Cluster. We expect to launch the new version early next week.

Tips & Tricks

Steps to pause automatic login to LoTW

The LoTW service will not be available from June 27 to July 2, so it's advised to deactivate automatic login by selecting the configuration button (gear icon) in the LoTW menu. Refer to the following image and tick the box as demonstrated.

You can remove the checkbox anytime to enable automatic login to the LoTW service again.

We will inform you in the Newsletter and on the Facebook support groups when the service is back up.

Steps to Send QSO to LoTW After Service Restoration

Once the service is back, how do you transmit all the QSOs to LoTW that occurred in the meantime and weren't sent in real-time?
