A new release 2025.1.4.1 is now available in your Reserved Area for download.

A new maintenance release 2025.1.4.1 is now available. This update not only includes the features of 2025.1.4.0, as listed below, but also resolves an issue inadvertently created in 2025.1.4.0 related to the Log creation. We are developing new functionalities that need structural changes to the archive. Unfortunately, the new Log structure version was accidentally included in the distribution.

The main new features introduced in releases 2025.1.4.0/.1 include: integration with the new official 

ClubLog APIs, an expanded set of flags for all countries, including most Deleted countries,  and significant internal optimization that enhances and speeds up closing operations (with a specific closing window).

The new release is available for free download to all users with active support. If your support has expired, renew it to access this and upcoming releases planned over the next 12 months.

Login Error on ClubLog.org 

For those who haven't read the previous newsletters or have encountered a login error shown in the image above, we're providing the configuration instructions for ClubLog support again.

If you have copied and pasted the Application Password as explained below but the Login error persists, repeat the procedure for generating the Application Password and pay close attention when selecting and copying the Password because even one character missing or one inadvertently added character will cause the Login not to work, resulting in a similar error. 

Setup upload on ClubLog.org 

With the release of 2025.1.4.0, support for ClubLog has changed. EasyLog now accommodates the new access method for clublog.org, utilizing the Application Password that must be generated on the ClubLog.org site. The old password will no longer be usable to connect from EasyLog, although it will still work when accessing the website directly via an internet browser.

How to obtain the Application Password 

The Application Password is a 36-character alphanumeric sequence that you must generate on ClubLog.org. Simply log in with your credentials, then copy and paste the password into EasyLog using the new ClubLog Login window available in the upcoming release.

To generate an Application Password:

1. Log in to clublog.org
2. From the top menu, choose Settings
3. Click App. Password
4. Click on Create a new Application Password as shown in figure 1 (1.)

The site will display a long string of characters see figure 2 (2.), that is the Application Password.

Paste the Application Password into the designated field in the new ClubLog configuration window.
