Latest DXCC Update Utility dated May 29, 2026 - release 6.7.5.3

This new release of the CHECK file contains a lot of changes and news. Several new callsigns have been added for currently active prefixes and countries, plus about 300 new callsigns (total now is over of 6.000 prefixes) to recognize old prefixes and deleted DXCC countries for past activities between 1970 and 1980. DXCC Countries are 402 (340 active and 62 deleted). (TNX to I5FLN Luciano and Mario IK3HHX for theirs precious collaboration).

Automatic Installation

The DXCC Update Utility is in ZIP format. Please download the file and unzip it. Then execute the Update Utility. Please read the installation instructions completely before using this utility.

Manual Installation (for expert users only) * NOT AVALABLE FROM 15/11/2021

For expert users only who would like to install the file CHECK manually, we provide a link below to download the file CHECK.DAT alone (zipped in a file named check.zip). To install it, please close EasyLog 5, unzip check.zip and copy the file CHECK.DAT into EL5CHECK folder overwriting the previous version of the file CHECK.DAT.

*** Attention ***

In case the newer CHECK files include the release of new countries or changes to the DXCC country list, the manual installation of the CHECK file will be not enough, since it is necessary to update the DXCC list of all installed Logs. In this case, you should use the DXCC Update Utility to install the file CHECK.DAT instead of manual installation. In each case, we will say when it is possible to install the CHECK file manually.
